The Linxdatacenter Dedicated Server Service is a combined offer of lease of computer equipment and operating system, co-location and connectivity services, enabling Customer to provide services to the Internet community within a fixed monthly budget, without investing in computer hardware, a conditioned environment with uninterrupted power, 24 x 7 maintenance staff and local access connections. The Dedicated Server service comes with an SLA covering availability guarantees and service restoration time, backed by a penalty scheme. The range of optional services includes Back-up and Restore and Application Monitoring and Alerting. The Linxdatacenter Dedicated Server service uniquely offers Customer a wide range of choices through a highly modular concept, including a range of Virtual Server options. This enables Customer to select the processing power, OS, disk space, resiliency, connectivity and security level required for running his application, while ensuring a seamless upgrade path and growth scenario.
