Jules Delahaije, Chairman & Chief Executive Officer

Jules Delahaije joined Linxtelecom in its founding stage and was a Board Member during its explosive growth since  2000. He is one of Linxtelecom’s shareholders. Prior to that, Jules held the position of President and Chief Executive Officer of Unisource NV (Group), one of the first and largest International Telecommunications Alliances of the 1990s. Until 1993 Jules held several financial management positions (including Mergers & Acquisitions) within AT&T Network Systems International and AT&T Capital Corporation. He started his career in 1985 at the Headquarters of Philips Electronics as a manager of the International Tax Department. Jules graduated from the University of Tilburg, The    Netherlands and holds a Master’s Degree in Business Economics & Taxation Law.

Gerhard Stoker, Chief Financial Officer

Gerhard Stoker is responsible for Finance and joined Linxtelecom in August 2007. Prior to that, he worked three years for Carrier Corp as Manager Finance in Norway and The Netherlands and five years as Senior Manager Internal Audit EMEA at telecom equipment provider Lucent Technologies. Gerhard started his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Amsterdam, working six years in different audit functions, specializing in telecom amongst other areas. 

Arno Coster, Senior Vice president Sales & Business Development, Product Management and Marketing

Arno Coster oversees the Enterprise and Operator sales and marketing for the Group’s Customers, Investors and Business Partners. He is responsible for defining successful release of the company’s current and upcoming datacenter and connectivity service portfolio and is also in charge of the strategic direction of the Linxtelecom and Linxdatacenter brands. Arno has vast knowledge within Sales, Sales Management, Business Development, Marketing and General Management. His more than 20 years managerial experience has built up while working within global infrastructure and datacenter software solutions providers. Before joining Linxdatacenter, Arno held senior decisive positions from start-ups and turnarounds, to multinationals, such as Novell, Pitney Bowes and several Microsoft Partners. Mr. Coster holds a Master’s Degree in Management from James Madison University in Virginia.

 Mark Gibbs, Vice President Operations

Mark Gibbs holds the position of Vice President Operations at Linxdatacenter. In this function, he is responsible for all operational departments within the company: Customer Services, Service Delivery, Network Operations, Information Systems, Data Centres and Network Engineering. Prior to his current position, Mark worked for Linxdatacenter as the Director Customer Operations.  Mark has extensive knowledge in the telecommunications industry working within Carriers and consulting with Mobile, VOIP and Fixed line Operators including Vodafone, Orange and Telia Sonera.  Before joining Linxdatacenter, Mark’s career spanned over several leading Blue Chip companies in senior managerial and Directorship positions including Lucent Technologies, Fujitsu Network Communications, Stratus Technologies and AT&T.  Mark holds two degrees, a Ba in Business Management and a BSc in Computer Sciences.

Richard van Wageningen, General Director Russia

Richard van Wageningen is the General Director for Linxtelecom Russia and directly responsible for Linxtelecom’s entire business in the country. Prior to assuming his current role, Richard was President of British Telecom Russia since July 2005. Richard has been with British Telecom for almost eight years and has held several senior leadership positions in the company. He has extensive experience in the telecom sector, leading large teams and growing the businesses in global assignments including turn-key deals with global operators as well as Fortune 500 companies up to USD 4 billion. Prior to joining British Telecom, Richard worked with Lucent Technologies and AT&T in different countries such Russia, Saudi Arabia and Portugal and occupied different roles in Business Development, Product Marketing, Sales, Bid Management and Operations. Richard is a 1994 graduate of Hanzehogeschool Groningen and has degrees in Electronics and Economics.

Andrew Harland, Vice President Legal

Andrew Harland is one of the founders of Linxtelecom, holding the position of Vice President Legal since 2000. From 1995 – 2000 he served as Consultant to the Central Legal Department at the International Finance Corporation (IFC) in Washington DC, the USA. Before this, Andrew was a board director and General Counsel of Monarch Resources Limited, a London and Toronto listed gold exploration and mining company, for seven years. Prior to this he was Charge de Mission to the Direction Financiere of Elf Aquitaine at the parent’s head office in Paris where he was responsible for specialized financings throughout the world. Andrew started his law career at Clifford Chance, London specializing in Commercial Law and Shipping Finance, as a solicitor.

John Molenaar, Director Human Resources

John Molenaar prepares the road for all the new employees at Linxtelecom. Before joining Linxtelecom in 2002, John worked as a HR / Business Analyst at Glotel, one of the major recruitment agencies specializing in the worldwide (secondment) recruitment and placement of telecommunication and IT staff. John worked at Lucent Technologies and was also HR/IT Strategy advisor at KPN (Dutch incumbent). Prior to his career in telecommunications, John held several positions within the international pharmaceutical and chemical world. One of his major contributions has been putting the Promega Corporation (Wisconsin, USA) on the EMEA map as Managing Director. He started his career in 1980 at the Erasmus Medical Faculty in Rotterdam.
